- Suitable for solo traveller or friends travelling in group. May not comfortable for those travelling with children.
- Since it’s near to Kinabalu Park, if you’re planning a trip to climb Mount Kinabalu, this place might be your good option.
- Far from Kundasang town – unless you have a transport. There is restaurant nearby.
- Since it is too close to Kinabalu Park, you dont have the sight of Mount Kinabalu.
